Artsakh constitutional reforms' doctrine published
Constitutional reforms' doctrine of the Artsakh Republic is available on the official website of the National Assembly, press department of NKR National Assembly reports.
To remind, earlier Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met on 15 August with members of the commission on the constitutional reforms and approved the constitutional reforms' doctrine and assigned to the commission elaborate and present the project of the constitutional reforms within the set time period"
