Rockets explode next to Armenian Evangelical church in Aleppo
Armenian neighborhoods of Syria’s Aleppo were targeted on Thursday by militant groups, causing major damage, reported Kantsasar newspaper.
According to the report, rockets exploded next to the Armenian Evangelical church. As the head of Syria’s Armenian Evangelical community Harutyun Selimyan told, no victims were reported in the incident, however the shelling caused major material damage.
To his words, during the shelling, children were passing an exam in a nearby school and were lucky to survive.
