Arman Tatoyan: Remarkable achievements in human rights institution of Artsakh
There are remarkable achievements in human rights protection, democratic institutions, particularly in the activities of the Ombudsman’s office established by the Parliament, RA Ombudsman, Arman Tatoyan noted during a meeting with President of NKR National Assembly, Ashot Ghulyan.
The Head of the Artsakh Parliament highly appreciated the activities of the human rights institutions of Armenia and the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, describing them as leading institutions in the region.
NKR NA press service informs that during the meeting they discussed issues related to the development of democratic institutions, improvement of legislative mechanisms for protection of human rights and civil liberties. They also addressed the process of constitutional reform in Artsakh.
