Prime Minister says he didn’t left job as Mayor for higher salary
During Question and Answer at the National Assembly, the newly appointed Prime Minister was asked whether he would leave his job for another one provided he gets USD 50-80 thousand salary.
“This means, you assume that I left my job as Mayor for another one with a higher salary. But if you remember my interview, it is not so. Today I signed for a job as Prime Minister with a lower salary,” the Karapetyan said.
Answering another question concerning being aware of RA macroeconomic indexes, the Prime Minister said that he hasn’t studied those numbers yet.
Afterwards, Karen Karapetyan said that they’ll present the Government’s plan on their vision and ideas concerning changes in the economic situation in due time.
