On behalf of the people and authorities of the Artsakh Republic and personally myself I cordially congratulate You on the 25th anniversary of the Republic of Armenia's Independence, a holiday, which is dear and memorable for all of us in Armenia, Artsakh and the Diaspora.
The Armenian people had a century-long desire to restore its statehood and live freely and independently.
Our national dream came true in September of 1991 when the two Armenian republics were proclaimed on the ancient Armenian land.
The whole Armenian nation embarked on the way of building the Armenian statehood persistently overcoming numerous challenges and difficulties, gaining brilliant victories.
We are confident that all the issues will be solved in the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian people will live a proud and worthy life.
Respected Mr. President,
I once again congratulate You and all our compatriots on this glorious holiday and wish peace, welfare and great achievements to Mother Armenia and our people,” the address reads.
