Azerbaijan disrupts the Vienna and Saint Petersburg agreements, Sharmazanov says
Azerbaijan shows its actual face, Deputy Speaker of Armenia’s National Assembly Eduard Sharmazanov told reporters at a briefing while speaking of the Azerbaijani sabotage penetration attempts registered on October 20 on the Line of Contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan.
“Azerbaijan disrupts and ignores the agreements reached at the Vienna and Saint Petersburg summits, rejects the arrangements mediated by the US Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian President Vladimir Putin,” the deputy speaker said.
In Sharmazanov’s words, the international community and, first of all, the co-chairing states should exert every effort to realize the Vienna and Saint Petersburg agreements in order ‘to prevent Azerbaijan from such criminal actions’.
Asked what steps the Armenian side is to take, the deputy speaker said: “The Armenian side responded duly last night”.
