D. Harutyunyan: It is possible to implement the programs with the funds allocated by 2017 state budget
“The funds of the state budget have never been enough in any country and during the ruling period of any government,” Minister-Chief of Government Staff David Harutyunyan told the reporters in response to the question whether the funds prescribed by 2017 draft state budget will be enough to implement the programs.
Meanwhile he noted that it is also possible to implement the projects with the funds allocated to the government by 2017 draft budget.
