Mansurian's compositions to be performed in Gyumri’s “Black Fortress”
On 18 November at 18:30 an evening dedicated to RA honoured art worker, laureate of State Award Tigran Mansurian will be held in “Black Fortress” (“Sev Berd” Fortress) in Gyumri.
During the evening the author’s compositions “Requiem", "Seasons" and “Parallel tracks” will be performed. The artistic director and conductor of the concert is Robert Mlqeyan.
The Press Service of the RA Ministry of Culture informs that National Chamber Choir of Armenia (artistic director and general conductor is Robert Mlqeyan), National Chamber Orchestra of Armenia (artistic director and general conductor is Vahan Martirosyan), Yerevan State Chamber Choir (artistic director and general conductor is Harutyun Topchyan), Our Lady of Armenia Gyumri choir (artistic director and general conductor is Robert Mlqeyan), special guest of the evening Hasmik Papyan (soprano), Henrietta Harutyunova (soprano), Hovhannes Grogoryan (baritone), Yana Daryan (viola) and Arthur Avanesov (piano) will take part in the evening.
The evening is organized with the assistance of the RA Ministry of Culture, “Friend: Curture, Art and Sport Development Centre” NGO and Prof Production. The Regional Office of Shirak and the City Hall of Gyumri have supported to organize the evening.
