2 billion, 649 million AMD to be allocated to the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments
2 billion, 649 million AMD is to be allocated to the RA Ministry of Economic Development and Investments under 2017 state budget in comparison with 2 billion 991 million AMD prescribed by 2016 state budget. First Deputy Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan informed about this during today’s parliamentary debates of 2017 state budget.
According to him the expenses have been cut down by 342 million AMD regarding 2016 state budget.
Atom Janjughazyan noted that 152.6 million AMD is intended to be allocated to the program “State Support to the statutory issues of Armenia SME DNC” which is equal to the sum under 2016 state budget, while 100 million AMD will be allocated to the program “Services to promote Tourism” instead of 188.4 million AMD under 2016 budget.
Regarding the IT sphere 98.7 million AMD is intended to be allocated to the program “Services to promote the Information Technology sphere”. 150.5 million AMD will be allocated to the program “Implementation of the activities of Gyumri and Vanazdor technological centres” in comparison with 152.9 million AMD allocated under 2016 state budget.
The Ministry of Finance informed that 400 million AMD (409 million AMD under 2016 budget) is to be allocated for the implementation of the program “State Support to the statutory issues of the Armenian Development Fund”.
21 million AMD (instead of 16.9 million under 2016 budget) is to be allocated for the implementation of the program “Reforms in the RA investment sphere”.
Notably 94.9 million AMD will be allocated to the program “Organization of 2019 World Information Technology Forum”.
