Mary Margaryan entered my cabinet and told me that she had shortness of breath: testimony of the cardiologist
"In the morning of 27 July Mary Margaryan entered my cabinet and told me that she had breathing difficulties," Anush Tadevosyan, cardiologist at Shengavit Medical Center told while testifying during the court setting regarding the death case of pregnant Mary Margaryan.
During the court hearing held at the General Jurisdiction Court of Shengavit Adminitrative District the cardiologist also announced that she had examined Mary with electrocardiogram which revealed tachycardia characteristic to pregnanat women and cases of viral diseases. The representative of the victim's successor Marine Tovmasyan wanted to know whether the equipment would show any sign of pneumonia in Mary. But the cardiologist gave a negative response. In response to the next question whether Mary could acquire pneumonia in a few hours the doctor gave a positive reply.
Davit Balayan, Judge of the court of Shengavit Adminitrative District, noticed that the testimony provided by the witness was different from the one given during the preliminary examination stating that the cardiologist had said that Mary's left lung had become coarse.
Notably defendants Shushanik Bakhshyan and Ani Babelyan, obstetrician-gynecologists at Shengavit Medical Center, are accused of not providing an appropriate treatment to pregnant Mary Margaryan (Article 130 of the RA Criminal Code).
