Government of Armenia approves signing of protocol to agreement on Russian gas price formation
The cabinet approved on Thursday the signing of the protocol on amending the agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on pricing policies during the delivery of natural gas to the Republic of Armenia of 2 December 2013.
The justification reads that according to the reached arrangement, the price of natural gas delivered to Armenia has been set at $150 per 1,000 cubic meters from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.
A statement by the government press office says that the signing of the protocol will help develop economic relations between the two countries and create favorable conditions for economic ties and business activity.
