Today the regular Cabinet session of the Artsakh Republic was held during which the following change has been presented in the previous decisions of the government: “While providing financial support to the people with 2nd and 3rd degree military disabilities, children of the servicemen who died while carrying out the military service in the NKR, refugees, single parent large families in order to buy, construct or restore residential buildings through mortgage the interest rate of the loan intended for the subsidization of the annual interest rate of the mortgage shall not exceed the double of the estimated banking interest rate set by the Central Bank instead of the current refinancing interest rate based on the cooperation contract concluded between financial company and the state body providing the financial assistance.”

The Information and Public Relations Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic informs that the state financial support making up to 3.000.000 AMD will also be allocated to families with 18-40 years old spouses, in case only one of the spouses has lived permanently in an urban or rural community in the recent five years.

According to NKR PM Arayik Harutyunyan this program is very efficient and the scale of the citizens who benefit from it expand year by year. “In parallel to the age limit, the amount of the allocated sum will be reviewed later and the citizens who are constructing houses in rural areas will receive more funds,” he noted.
