Parliamentarians hold a moment of silence to mourn Minister Armen Yeritsyan’s demise
Members of Armenia’s National Assembly observed a moment of silence to mourn the untimely passing of Armenian Minister of Emergence Situations Armen Yeritsyan, who passed away on Tuesday after a long illness.
Ahead of the session, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Eduard Sharmazanov expressed condolences to the family members of the minister, his relatives, friends, and colleagues
To remind, Armen Yertisyan, 56, passed away at Nayiri medical center on December 13.
“Armen Yeritsyan dedicated his entire life to the strengthening of our country’s statehood. Through the long years of impeccable service, he made his contribution to the development of Armenia’s police structure. His efforts aimed at the fundamental reconstruction, modernization and maturing of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations are commendable,” read the letter of condolences by the Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.
