Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister pays visit to Armenia
Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Asia, Oceania and Commonwealth Independent of States Ebrahim Rahimpour has paid a visit to Armenia, Iranian IRIB news agency reports.
According to the report after visiting Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister headed for Armenia. The Iranian official is set to discuss the bilateral relations with the Armenian officials, as well as some issues regarding the regional development.
Notably on 15 November the Iranian news outlets reported that Iranian President Hassan Rouhani will pay a return visit to Armenia upon the invitation of RA President Serzh Sargsyan.
According to the Iranian media Iran’s president will leave for Kazakhstan and later for Kyrgyzstan after his visit to Armenia.
