Artak Zakaryan on assassination of Russian ambassador to Turkey
“if Turkey intends to play a constructive role in the settlement of the Syrian conflict, it must do whatever it takes to prevent different types of obstacles and undesirable incidents from entering the agenda of Russian-Turkish relations,” Chairman of RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations , MP Artak Zakaryan noted about this during today’s press conference.
He added that currently he considers the incident as a “terror act”.
“In my opinion Turkey must be able to prove that the incident was not intentional and Turkey did not aim at undermining Russia’s interests,” Zakaryan added.
