Artur Aleksanyan named Armenia’s best athlete of 2016
Top 10 Armenian athletes of 2016 have been named based on the results the voting conducted by the Republican Federation of Sports Journalists of Armenia. Press Department of Republican Federation of Sports Journalists of Armenia reports about this.
Over 35 sports journalists have taken part in the voting process. They named Greco-Roman wrestler, Olympic gold medalist Artur Aleksanyan as the best athlete of Armenia in 2016.
The list of the top 10 athletes is presented below:
