Yerevan: Ice City_ report by MIR 24
“For the first time a fairytale ice town has been opened in the center of Yerevan. The sculptors are satisfied as their town does not melt. The thing is Armenia’s capital is in the middle of the coldest winter in the last 40 years,” the article on Yerevan written by the journalist of MIR 24 presents pre-holiday Yerevan.
“The Palace of the Snow Queen, other cartoon characters, as well as Santa Claus and Snow Maiden can be seen in the Ice City. The most cold tolerant inhabitants of the city have already enjoyed this beauty,” the author notes.
It is also noted that people are trying to warm themselves in the ice city through singing and dancing.
