Baku responds in this manner to the concrete demands made by the Foreign Ministers of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairing countries: RA MFA issues a statement
The RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement strictly condemning the sabotage infiltration attempt initiated by Azerbaijan.
The statement issued by the RA MFA is as follows:
“We strictly condemn the sabotage infiltration attempt launched by Azerbaijan in the Armenian state border that resulted to casualties. We extend our deepest condolences to the relatives and co-servicemen of the fallen soldiers.
At the time when the serious damage caused to the peace talks as a result of the Azerbaijani aggression unleashed against Artsakh in April is not still overcome Baku undertakes new adventure grossly violating the agreements reached at Vienna and St. Petersburg Summits and the commitment to settle the NKR conflict peacefully. Baku responds in this manner to the concrete demands made by the Foreign Ministers of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairing countries urging to unconditionally maintain the 1994-1995 ceasefire agreements.
The international community, through the Co-Chairs, has repeatedly called on to respect the ceasefire especially during the holidays. By undertaking military sabotage on the eve of the New Year and Christmas, Baku has stood against the universal values.
The international community, first of all the Co-Chairing countries of the OSCE Minsk Group, must awaken the Azerbaijan authorities who presumptuously ignore their demands and calls and who lost the sense of reality.”
