Unloading recommended after New Year feast
Not everyone manages to follow the usual daily diet during the New Year celebrations, as a result of which many people put on extra weight.
In order to restore the balance in the body nutritionists advise people to consume less food for “unloading” after New Year by giving up salty food, soft drinks and "natural" juice.
According to some nutritionists, if you have not gained much weight after the New Year, it is not recommended to follow special diets, as unloading will allow you to restore your initial weight in a short period.
For a few days after holidays it is recommended to refrain from consuming food of animal origin, meat and fish. It is also advised to drink a lot of fluids, however they should not include soft drinks or natural juice which contain sugar. It is advisable to drink simple or mineral water.
Kefir, yogurt and apples will help to clean the body after consuming excessive food.
Physical activities also play an important role. Regular walks improve metabolism and help to lose weight. However it should be remembered that in order to achieve good results it is necessary to follow the daily diet and to remove the greasy meal, cakes, sweets and soft drinks from it.
