Reconstruction works of Talish administrative office and festivity hall begin
Reconstruction works of administrative office and festivity hall with adjacent objects of Talish village in Martakert region of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) have started days ago. According to the report by Artsakhpress, NKR Minister of Urban Development Karen Shahramanyan have told the news agency, unveiling also plans for home design and construction for 50 families.
“The plan of the complete reconstruction of the village is ready. The first phase includes demolition and leveling works. The reconstruction works of the village administrative office and the festivity hall have begun. In the coming days the building of a new school and a kindergarten is planned to start. In the new education year, the first school bell is set will ring in Talish,” Shahramanyan has noted.
In the minister’s words, the reconstruction works are implemented in secure areas of the village that are not monitored by the adversary with shelters envisaged for each of the buildings.
