Referendum on NKR Draft Constitution to be held on 20 February
On 19 January President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on putting the new Draft Constitution of the Artsakh Republic to a referendum, Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President told Panorama.am.
According to the decree, based on the consent given by the NKR National Assembly to the NKR President's initiative for putting the Draft Constitution of the Artsakh Republic to a referendum, the date for the referendum has been set February 20 of the current year.
