Georgia to host the 2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest
2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Georgia in November of this year. The Georgian Public Broadcaster has announced about this. Panorama.am reports referring to the Sputnik Georgia. It is still not clear which Georgian city the competition will take place in.
To note Georgian singer Mariam Mamadashvili triumphed in November last year with the song Mzeo topping the table with 239 points.
The fact that Georgia is ready to host the contest in 2017 was announced immediately after her victory, however a final decision was taken by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).
