Ministry of Education: School classes are held on their regular schedules
Classes at public schools throughout the republic are running on their regular schedules with no reported problem with class temperature, Ashot Arshakyan, Head of the Public Education Department of the Ministry of Education told Panorama.am.
Arshakyan informed that the ministry will be notified in case of any alarms with follow-up solutions to be provided.
The head of the Public Education Department reminded of the circular letter sent to the governors and Yerevan Mayor by the Minister of Educational Levon Mkrtchyan offering to begin the classes at 10:00 with the periods lasting 30 minutes at those schools (particularly in the rural communities) that cannot ensure sufficient temperature.
