Artsakh Ombudsman passes European Convention on Human Rights in Azerbaijani to the captive saboteur
During the meeting with captured Azerbaijani saboteur Elnur Hussein Zadeh Human Rights Defender of the Artsakh Republic Ruben Melikyan handed him over the European Convention on Human Rights in Azerbaijani. The photo published by the Ombudsman’s Office shows the book put on the table, Panorama.am reports.
“Four people have already asked about that book. I publically reply that the book was the European Convention on Human Rights in the Azerbaijani language. I passed it to Hussein Zadeh.
To note Elnur Hussein Zadeh was captured during the Azerbaijani subversive infiltration attempted on 1 February. Yesterday the National Security Service of Artsakh informed that he was arrested under the suspicion of attempting a sabotage infiltration and illegally crossing the NKR state border.
