12 Armenian wineries take part in Prodexpo 2017 held in Moscow
The delegation of the Armenian wineries led by Deputy Minister of Agriculture Robert Makaryan and supported by the Vine and Wine Foundation of Armenia is taking part in the Prodexpo 2017 exhibition held in Moscow which officially launched yesterday. Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Russia Evgeny Gromyko delivered a welcome speech during the exhibition.
As the press service of the RA Ministry of Agriculture told Panorama.am interest has been shown towards the Armenian wines from the very beginning of the exhibition, namely from the Russian side which is considered a target market for the Armenian wine.
Ambassador of Armenia to Russia Oleg Yesayan, Armenia's trade representative in the Federation of Russia Karen Asoyan and Head of the Union of Sommeliers and Experts of Russia Artur Sargsyan also paid a visit to the Armenian pavilion.
Armenia’s delegation is represented by 12 wineries exhibiting 50 varieties of Armenian wine.
The exhibition will last till 10 February.
