Armenia’s PM considers illogical Lapshin’s extradition to Azerbaijan
“Alexander Lapshin’s extradition to Azerbaijan is an extraordinary case,” during today’s Q&A session between the MPs and the Cabinet members Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan noted the above mentioned in response to MP Tevan Poghosyan’s question aiming to reveal the steps to be taken to avoid similar cases in the future.
“I cannot mention certain steps that will prevent such cases in the future. It is an extraordinary case and I am not aware of the means to prevent such illogical actions,” the PM underscored.
Meanwhile Karen Karapetyan noted that he had held discussions both with Armenia’s Foreign Minister and Defense Minister over the case of Lapshin’s extradition, however he did not provide details on the discussions.
