48.115 citizens take part in NKR Constitutional referendum as of 14:00
As of 14:00 February 20, 48.115 citizens or 46.82% of citizens eligible to vote took part in the Constitutional referendum of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic launched this morning, the NKR Central Commission on Referendum reports.
As the commission informs, according to the latest results, 48.115 out of 102.757 eligible voters have already taken part in the referendum.
Starting from 08:00 a.m., 280 polling stations opened throughout Artsakh and in the NKR Permanent Representation in Armenia. Some 100 international observers are monitoring the voting, while 80 reporters representing 40 local and foreign media outlets are covering the election process.
