International observers who watched the course of the Constitutional Referendum in Artsakh positively assessed the organization of the election process.
Lorena Lopes, who worked in the monitoring mission of the European Free Alliance At 3/8 polling station, told Panorama.am that no irregularities and incidents were recorded.
