Czech observer impressed by the Nagorno Karabakh trip
Czech writer, activist Yana Hradilkova, who observed the Constitutional Referendum in Artsakh held on Monday, shared her “great impressions” with reporters.
“The impressions are great. We visited Martakert region, Mataghis, where everything was good. We also had a chance to talk to people there, saw their unwavering will to develop and prosper their country,” Yana Hradilkova noted.
The Czech writer positively assessed the course of the vote at the referendum and praised the self-organization of people. “I visited here last in 2015 and now I am extremely impressed by the strength of people and their unwavering spirit,” said the observer.
Speaking of the possibility to be included in Azerbaijani so-called “black list”, the publicist stressed she was more interested in seeing the consolidation of the Artsakh civil society rather than the “black list.”
“I would like to listen to the justifications of the other side, yet those are absent,” added Yana Hradilkova.
Reflecting on the arrest and extradition of Russian blogger Alexander Lapshin, the international observed deemed it as ‘political games’, while suggesting their primary concern is about people’s self-organization to develop their country.
