The trainings of the Armenian Armed Forces are held on the highest level, Armenian Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan told RIA Novosti.

“The quality of the administration system is very high in Armenia. The officer staff of the Armed Forces, as well as all those people who are involved in the administration of the Armed Forces have passed quite a serious combat path and have received professional military education. And I am convinced that those experts who are familiar with the region are well aware that the readiness level of the Armenian Armed Forces is significantly beyond the term ‘combat ready’,” the minister noted.

In his words in organizing the defence of a state, it is very important to give preference to the quality instead of the quantity.

“It particularly refers to the system of armament procurement, efficiency of seeking partners and the introduction of such armaments that are capable of giving adequate response to the existing risks and threats,” Vigen Sargsyan said.
