Shavarsh Kocharyan: The Azerbaijani authorities have long turned everything into farce
“The Azerbaijani authorities have long turned everything into farce_ both the international law and even their inner life,” Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan noted the aforesaid during a briefing following the Cabinet session turning to the criminal case launched by the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan against the MEPs who conducted observation mission in Artsakh.
“Today I refuse to make any comments. It is just ridiculous and can no way affect the visits to Artsakh,” the deputy minister noted.
To note, the Azerbaijani Prosecutor’s Office has launched criminal cases against MEPs Frank Engel (Luxembourg), Eleni Teoharus (Cyprus) and Jaromír Štětina (Czech Republic).
