Fog descended over several highways in Armenia
Armenia’s Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies told Panorama.am that as of 09:30 February 25, Vardenyats Pass is difficult to pass due to blizzards and clear ice.
Fog descended over the highways of Armavir, Baghramyan, Masis, Artashat and Ararat with visibility of 10-100 meters.
Berd-Tchambarak road remains closed due to snowstorm.
The road crews maintain all-day control over all the highways of the republic, carrying out cleaning operations with chemical salt and sand.
All other interstate and republican roads of Armenia are open for traffic, the ministry details.
