Davit Tonoyan, Andrzej Kasprzyk hold meeting
Armenia’s Minister of Emergency Situations Davit Tonoyan held a meeting with Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.
As the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) told Panorama.am, issues related to increase of emergency readiness and disaster resistance for civil and community structures of the bordering communities of Armenia were discussed during the meeting.
Minister Tonoyan briefed Andrzej Kasprzyk on the events implemented in the bordering communities in the framework of international humanitarian programs regarding reduction of disaster risks and disaster preparedness for the population. Davit Tonoyan also outlined the directions of cooperation between Armenia’s MES and OSCE in the above-mentioned spheres.
