Sargsyan-Medvedev meeting cancelled in Moscow
Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has got sick with influenza, President Vladimir Putin said according to the report by RIA Novosti Russian news agency.
“We have an epidemic situation here, which seems to be regressing; however the situation still remains serious. Dmitry Anatolyevich [Medvedev] himself could not prevent it,” V. Putin said during the meeting with the Russian cabinet members.
The source reminds that a meeting between Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan and Russia’s PM Medvedev was due to take place today in Moscow.
Earlier the Russian side announced that issues related to economy, investment and energy sectors will be discussed during Sargsyan-Medvedev meeting. The meeting will also address current issues of bilateral cooperation, including topics regarding the implementation of co-projects in trade and energy sectors.
