Forensic-medical expertise is set to be conducted to reveal the causes of Artur Sargsyan’s death. The successor of the victim and his representatives will have an opportunity to be present at the expertise.

As the Armenia’s Investigative Committee told Panorama.am, the victim’s successor and his representatives have filed a motion to the body conducting the preliminary investigation requesting to involve international experts in this examination. The motion has been granted and currently the issue of involving those international experts referred to by the representatives of the victim’s successor is under discussion.

The investigative body has confiscated not only Artur Sargsyan’s  Illness History from “Armenia” Medical Centre, but also all the available medical documents on his health condition from the ambulance, “Nubarashen” and “Hospital for Convicts” penitentiaries.
