Armenian investments made in Georgia valued at 40 million U.S. dollars for five years
Armenia has made direct investments of 40 million U.S. dollars in Georgia for the period of 2012-2016. Recalling the figures of the Georgia Statistical Service, jnews.ge reports that the highest volume of made investment was recorded in 2014, amounting to 12.6 million U.S. dollars.
For 2012, the amount of direct investments in the neighboring country has made up to 5.9 million U.S. dollars, $3.7 million – 2013, and $12 million – in 2015. In 2016 Armenia made investments in Georgia totaling $5.6 million.
