Henrikh Mkhitaryan: Never give up, be optimist and fight for your goals
Armenian national team captain and Manchester United midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan visited today the Hematology Center after prof. R. Yeolyan in Yerevan. First Lady of Armenia Mrs. Rita Sargsyan was present at the Center, that was modernized under her high patronage.
Football Federation of Armenia (FFA) reports, Henrikh Mkhitaryan toured the wards, conversed and made photos with children and adults diagnosed with diseases of blood and lymph nodes. The football player gifted balls, T-shirts as well as autographed photos to the patients.
Mkhitaryan later visited the center sports hall to greet dozens of adults who came to see the player, talked to them, made photos with each of them, while the gathered children gifted a handmade poster and performed a special song devoted to the player.
Mkhitaryan expressed hope his visit will bring certain contribution to improvement of the children’s psychological state and their treatment.
“Never give up, be optimist and fight for your goals,” Mkhitaryan told the gathered children.
