OSCE observer: We hope people’s attitude towards the elections will change
Special coordinator of short-term Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) observation mission Ignacio Sanchez Amor and Head of the Delegation of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Geir Jørgen Bekkevold were at the 9/18 polling station located at Spendiaryan school of Yerevan for more than an hour. They followed the voting process of the RA President.
In an in interview with the reporters, Geir Jørgen Bekkevold said: “I thank the Armenian authorities and the people for their warm welcome. Today we will not make any assessments. They will be made tomorrow. Our mission includes more than 300 observers. We will wait for tomorrow to have deeper understanding on what is happening today.”
