Though live streaming fails in some cases, everything is being videotaped – EU representative
As RFE/RL’s Armenian Service told Panorama.am, Head of Cooperation Section of the EU Delegation to Armenia Hoa-Binh Ajemyan made a post on his Twitter account noting that although the live streaming of over 3000 webcams installed in the polling station fail to work due to the internet connection, every incident is being videotaped and will be available.
The source reminds that the EU has allocated 7 million euros, 4 million out of which has been allocated to the introduction of electronic registration system with 2 million euros having been allocated to the installation of webcams at the 95 percent of the polling stations for ensuring live streaming.
