As of 10:00 April 2, the working group of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office has studied 320 reports on the electoral offences, out of which 13 cases featured apparent elements of electoral offences.

As the Prosecutor General’s Office told Panorama.am, in order to determine the mentioned circumstances in the reports, they have been sent to the regional divisions of the RA Police and the Investigative Committee to prepare material and to perform investigative actions under Article 180 and 181 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code.

“6 out of the mentioned 13 reports refer to voting on behalf of other people or double voting, 3 cases refer to violation of secrecy of voting and 3 reports are connected with the prevention of free exercise of citizens' right to voting,” the Prosecutor’s Office reports.
