China holds 39.5% share of humanitarian aid provided to Armenia
According to the customs declarations data provided by the State Revenue Committee adjunct to the Armenian Government, in January-February 2017, 339.2 tons of goods were imported into Armenia as a humanitarian aid with total value of 2 456.6 million AMD or 5 053.1 thousand USD.
As Panorama.am was informed from the RA National Statistical Service (NSS), 25.7% of the received humanitarian aid comprised machinery, equipment and mechanisms, 20.3% made up products of chemical and related industries, 17.3% - textile items, 5.9% - various industrial products, 3.7% - ready-made food products and 9.1% made up other goods.
In the mentioned period, US share of the provided humanitarian aid to Armenia comprised 16.4%. 21.7% came from the EU countries, with 39.5% of the aid having been received by China.
