Quake hits Azerbaijan, felt in Artsakh territory
On April 5, at 3:16 am local time, the Seismological Network of Seismic Protection Service of Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) registered a 4.3 magnitude earthquake at Latitude 39.071°N and Longitude 48.48°E geographic coordinates (15km north-west from Masali, Azerbaijan) at a depth of 20km. The tremor measured magnitude 5-6 points at the epicentre.
As the ministry reports, the quake measuring 3 magnitude was also registered in Stepanakert and Hadrut cities of Artsakh (Karabakh)
