Chinese FM: China views Armenia as an important partner to cooperate
The Chinese side values the development of the Armenian-Chinese relations and views Armenia as an important partner to cooperate, reads the message of Wang Yi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of China sent on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the People’s Republic of China.
According to the release, issued by Armenia’s MFA, the Chinese minister has noted the mutual political trust has been consistently strengthening with significant results recorded in cooperation of trade, economic, security humanitarian spheres. Additionally, close ties and partnership is maintained in international and regional affairs.
Wang Yi has expresses readiness to exert joint efforts along with foreign minister of Armenia to consolidate the cooperation between the ministries of foreign affairs of the two countries and push forward the bilateral relations to a new level of development.
RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, on his part, has stressed that Armenian-Chinese relations are as old as the history of the two peoples and have always been noted with respect and mutual trust.
In Nalbandian’s words, Armenia highly values the ongoing political dialogue between the two countries, close cooperation in international structures as well as the formed mutual understanding about issues of international and regional matters.
