Armenian boxers win gold, silver and bronze at Kvachadze Tournament
David Kvachadze International Tournament is over in Tbilisi, Georgia. Three out of five Armenian boxers who made it through to the finals claimed victories.
As the Boxing Federation of Armenia told Panorama.am, Armenian boxers Vahe Badalyan (52 kg), Hovhannes Bachkov (64 kg) and Arman Darchinyan (75 kg) won gold medals. Gaspar Babakhanyan (49 kg) and Henrik Sargsyan (91 kg) suffered defeats at the finals and gained the silver medals. Armenian representatives Hrayr Shahverdyan (60 kg) and Vladimir Margaryan (69 kg) won bronze.
To note, eight boxers represented Armenia at Tbilisi tournament.
