Armenia’s Artsvik takes part in Eurovision 2017 official opening ceremony
Singer Artsvik, who represents Armenia at Eurovision 2017 has taken part in the official opening ceremony of the contest and gave interviews to international news agencies.
The Armenian singer appeared on the red carpet wearing a golden-pink dress designed by Armenian fashion designer Faina
“When designing Artsvik’s dress for the red carpet ceremony, I wanted it to significantly differ from a stage dress, that we see two different characters of Artsvik. Just like for her performance in Amsterdam, this dress is also composed of trousers and a rather wide skirt, which is highly trendy nowadays. In that way, we intended to combine femininity and comfort, so that Artsvik felt herself comfortable on the red carpet,” Faina noted.
During the ceremony, the participants had an opportunity to get acquainted with each other, chat and exchange views. Armenia’s Artsvik gave numerous interviews to famous international media outlets, including BBC ONE, BBC Radio, ORF, RTL, RAI, UA: PBC, etc.
