Armenia’s deputy foreign minister comments on OSCE Yerevan Office closure
Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Karen Nazaryan does not agree with the views that the closure of the OSCE Office in Yerevan marks the defeat of the Armenian diplomacy.
“I do not agree with that opinion, since the last meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council addressed the issue, with the member states praising the Republic of Armenia,” the minister said at the briefing during the festive event held at Victory Park.
In the deputy minister’s words, the closure of the OSCE Office will not affect the efficient cooperation between the organization and Armenia.
He noted that the projects will be implemented, with the ways still under discussion.
“I am convinced that this gap will be filled,” he added.
