Azerbaijani forces fire more than 970 shots at Artsakh positions overnight
Azerbaijani forces broke the ceasefire across the Line of Contact between Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (Artsakh/NKR) and Azerbaijan over 65 times, firing more than 970 shots from weapons of different calibers towards the Armenian positions on May 8 to overnight May 9.
As the Press Service of the NKR Defense Ministry told Panorama.am, the adversary also applied 60mm mortar (11 shells) and automatic grenade launcher (3 shells) at the southern direction of the Contact Line.
Karabakh frontline units took countermeasures and continued confidently fulfilling their military duty.
