Armenian firefighters staged a parade in commemoration of the May triple holiday
Crews of fire brigades and rescue teams of Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) were today set to parade in capital Yerevan and across the country’s regions on the occasion of the Victory Holiday, the 25th anniversary of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army and the Liberation of Shushi.
As the MES reported in a press statement, the parade entitled “May 911”, featured firefighters marching through the streets and congratulating the residents on the holiday.
According to the source, following the march, the MES Orchestra performed a concert near Moscow Cinema Theatre in Yerevan. At the end of the parade, the fire-fighting vehicles gathered in the Republican Square, while the ministry staff released colorful balloons to the blue sky, symbolizing peace.
