Exhibitions, conferences to be held within “Museum Night” at Alexander Tamanyan Museum
In the framework of the events of “Museum Night” on 18-20 May, Armenia’s National Museum-Institute named after Alexander Tamanyan is set to organize exhibitions and conferences.
As the Press Service of the State Committee of Urban Development told Panorama.am, at 14:00. on May 18, an exhibition dedicated to 300th anniversary of the Russian Diocese of Armenian Apostolic Church titled “Armenian churches of Russia” will launch at Tumanyan Hall of the museum. The exhibition will be open for visitors from 14:00 to 24:00 on May 20 as well.
On 18 May, at 15:00, a conference titled “The Monuments of our Lost Motherland” is scheduled at Trdat Hall of the museum-instate, with another exhibition dedicated to the Middle Ages to be held at 14:00 - 24:00 on May 20.
At 16:00 May 18, Michael Mazmanyan’s photos taken during 1904-1917 excavations in Ani will be exhibited at Trdat Hall of Alexander Tamanyan Museum.
