Yerevan municipal elections recorded preliminary voter turnout at 40,99%
345, 226 citizens or 40,99 % of the total number of eligible voters cast ballots at Yerevan Council Elections held on Sunday as the municipal polls closed in the Armenian capital at 20:00 local time, Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) Tigran Mukuchyan held a briefing with reporters, adding the data are preliminary and have been received electronically.
To remind, the total number of eligible voters was 842,147 people.
Earlier, Tigran Mukuchyan informed all 474 polling stations closed in Yerevan Council elections, and the vote count is underway.
